Refund Policy

At Trionix Digital, we aim for 100% client satisfaction. Our refund policy applies as follows:

Digital Services (Web Development & Coding Plans):

• Starter, Business, Pro Plans: Refunds are not available once development has begun.

• If a project is canceled before work starts, a full refund will be issued.

• Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete projects at our discretion.

Custom Projects:
Refund eligibility is defined in the project agreement prior to commencement.
