We provide web coding, development, and related digital services as described on our website. Custom quotes are provided for services outside listed plans.

User Responsibilities:

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting inquiries or projects.

• You are responsible for content you upload or provide for your website.

Payment & Pricing:
All pricing is as listed on the Plans page. Additional custom work may incur extra charges, which will be agreed upon before starting.

Intellectual Property:
All code, designs, and content created by Trionix Digital remain our property until full payment is received. After payment, rights are transferred according to the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability:
Trionix Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the state of Kentucky.
